Customer Service Specialist / Property Manager
Full Time Position with the Estes Park Housing Authority
The Estes Park Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Specialist / Property Manager. This full-time position will be the main point-of-contact for the EPHA office, its applicants, clients, residents and the general public. The position will also complete tasks as a property manager for 38 units. Duties include: Answers, screens and directs incoming calls and guests. Performs lease-up and management of 38 units. Salary hiring range is $32,000 - $36,000. Opportunity for advancement. Excellent benefit package including health, dental, vision and PERA.
