Compliance Specialist
Compliance Specialist: The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the agency is in compliance with the rules and regulations outlined in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Law, U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Advisory System, Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration Federal Register, Employment and Training Administration Advisory System, Training and Employment Guidance Letters (WIGs), Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG), Office of Workforce Development (OWD) Policies and Procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration, or Sociology; with three to five years of experience negotiating and monitoring contracts; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Previous grant writing experience is a plus. Travel within the Middle Georgia area is required.
Salary range: $32,643.00 - $45,700.20 plus employer paid benefits
