Career Facilitator
Needed to recruit and provide career and case management services to clients under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Duties include recruitment, interviewing, counseling, testing, interpreting test results and making training recommendations.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Social Sciences, Counseling, Psychology, or related field with experience in a human services agency as a counselor or specifically an employment counselor; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Travel within the Middle Georgia area is required.
Starting Salary: $28,470.00, plus employer paid benefits
