Human Resources Representative
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for supporting the Administrative functions of the Human Resources Department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for tracking and coordination of benefit enrollments at new hire, annually and during status changes.
- Responsible for coordinating FMLA’s and Leave of Absences for employees.
- Responsible for administrative duties of the company Attendance policy.
- Responsible for organizing company events and programs.
- Assists with recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation.
- Performs administrative duties as needed (answering phones, photocopying, faxing, etc.)
- Provides back-up to payroll functions as needed.
- Assists employees with questions related to benefits and employment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
